Welcome to the USAF PFA Prep Program. This is a 2 Block Program, 6 weeks per block.
Block 1 is focused mainly on building a base of fitness.
Block 2 is focused on increasing push up and sit up capacity, while increasing running speed.
If you are starting this program untrained, take it slow, and trust the process. Don't skip ahead - each day builds on the previous workout.
If you are already in decent shape, do the program as prescribed, OR, do the running workouts & tack on the push ups and sit ups to the beginning of your current workout plan.
